Refund policy

All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Some parcels may be returned to our store by your local postal service due to being unclaimed, failure to pay import fees, etc. Reshipment fees may be required to send the order again. Please note that items will be re-shipped in the same condition as they are returned to our store. Postage fees are non-refundable.

Pre-order Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE 

Failure on responding to invoice within the 7 days after being sent will result in cancellation pre-order and deposit lost 


Customs are NOT meant to be played with and must be treated with care, posing/ transforming/ excess handling will result in paint damage as well as any modifications made.
